memorable day

Now, am sure most of us have gone through situations that are worth a space in our minds. some of these may be horrible enough to forget but some are a treasure such that forgetting them would be doing injustice to oneself.
Here is my day that has found permanent residence in the shelf of my mind... and soul!! This photo capture it... My graduation day!
how much can I thank this couple posing with me in this photo. They are standing with me just like they have been standing by me all through... Hey, they are my parents; not just biologically but they also happen to be my second god huh!
I surely have no words to say how thankful I am to them. I will forever be indebted to them. They have shaped the way I do things, think, behave and even walk.
Even as they age, its my prayer that I will have enough energy, time and resources to see their well being... So help me God!

The status I have now means a great deal to me, but most of all for the reason that it means a great deal to my parents too...
